Any way to contact DWP over Easter weekend?Help!!?

I checked my bank balance and it appears the Easter Bunny section of the DWP has deposited some money.

My usual money went in yesterday but today there was a bank giro credit for quite a bit.The only reference is DLA.

I%26#039;ve recently had to reapply and got knocked down to just the mobility allowance which I have appealed,though the change doesn%26#039;t happen for a while so it%26#039;s not like it%26#039;s back pay.

I was on a higher rate last year.

Is there any way to find out about this?

I%26#039;ve tried the 0800 88 22 00 and 08457 123456 numbers but understandably they%26#039;re having a day off.

I called my bank and thay have no other reference.

Please help!

my advice would be dont spend any of the money and leave it til tuesday, theres no chance of finding out on an easter weekend

No, they%26#039;ll be closed until Monday, back to work tuesday. Just spend your usual money and dont touch the extra money until you know what it is. If its a mistake you have to pay it back and cross fingers its your back pay|||Hello...
