I assume I need to have a bank current a/c thats obviously in credit.I have no idea about costs/exchange rate costs.The product I intend to buy is in china so its very cheap before you add shipping/bank/customs charges.

Obviously go to your bank they will do it for you..you will pay in the currency of the country at the exchange rate that applies at the time of transfer..the bank will charge you depending on the amount you transfer..can be expensive although usually very secure and reliable.
