Neighbor children problem

In my neighborhood children are run around like animal, they steal other neighbor property including my lawnmower, street fight and few high school girls are pregnant because parent lacks supervise over their children. With parents getting involved in their children’s lives it could help prevent teenage pregnancy violence and stealing throughout their neighborhood.

Teen violence are must likely start in summer at night time. This is where and when they start getting together as group to discussion major event or simple to hijack someone car by stick a gun in front for there face. Their purpose is not to steal the car or sell it part just to joy ride it than dump it somewhere. This actually happen in my neighbor, those three children are in jail now until 21. The parent didn’t do anything until their children were in court. They could have stopped this event from happen in the first place. I remember this event while I was driving to my 6 O’clock class. There were a group of middle school or high school between SunTrust bank and Taco Bell. They were fight in the middle of the street one of the students was bleeding badly and the other ran with his group. A guy and his wife stop his car to help the bleed students I also knew the bleed student he as second house from mind.

In high school I know two girls whose were 16 and 17 are pregnant. Once of the girls drop out high school while she is in her last years in school and four month from graduation. She live in my neighbor her parent want it to be her best friend rather her parent and treat her as a adult and let her run around crazy, if she were actually adult she shouldn’t be pregnant in the first place but she is and never graduation from high school. Basic on 107.5 radio station a host ask the listener from Guilford county students or teacher which school have the highest pregnancy rate, Eastern high school have the highest pregnancy rate compared to other Guilford county school (radio) . “In Guilford County%26#039;s 2005 teen pregnancy rate was 28 pregnancies per 1,000 girls” (Knorr). This is actually low compared to previous years.

Stealing mostly happen at night time I didn’t even know my lawnmower was stealing until my next door neighbor informs me. To prevent children from stealing, half of the neighbors have chain link fence or wood fence. This didn’t stop them from stealing or trespassing. My utility house was repainted by middle school children at 2pm I catch them while they were painted it. Instead of tell their parents I ask them who stealing my lawnmower. All of the stealing can be stop if only parent watch over there children activity instead watch T.V after work.

I know some parents are tired after working 8 hours or more per day, they just wanting to seat and watch T.V or read book I understand that. They are really nice and easy to get alone with but their children are so hard head and hyperactive. They couldn’t seat still and just read book. They have to cause trouble for other neighbor.
