This is a serious question.. not trying to strart a flame war. but for the life of me I can%26#039;t seem to find one with a low crime rate. The trend seems to be be the more african americans then the higher the crime rate goes up. take roxbury mass for instance. when the banks redlined, prohibiting black from owning property there the houses were expensive mansions. when they stopped the african americans moved in and now all the houses are boarded up and garbage is everywhere except a trash barrel. Theres is numerous other examples as well. Im sure I must be mistaken. please correct me and provide me a majority black zip code that is low crime so I may view the stats. thank you. no offense black people.

I remember reading how the reservations where crime holes of poverty and dispare. You cannot help Indians because they will not help themselves. They all live on wel fare and want hand outs. While I saw my familys working 12 hours a day in the fields to eak out a living. Some were alcoholics because of the dispare of low wages, unemployment and constant put downs by well meaning white people who just wanted to point out what a pitiful lot of humanity we were.
