Get the Local Electrical Inspector out to your building . An inspection will let you know what problems specifically need to be addressed. With that information in hand and a list of reputable electrical contractors , get estimates from all of them, go with the one you feel most comfortable working with. Major rewiring of a building is not for an amature, in many locations Code doesn%26#039;t allow anyone but Licensed Contractors to perform certain kinds of electrical work.

Paint, hard work, pole polish, and keep your proton packs charged, whatta moron!|||19% Far out.

Can you refinance this from elsewhere on a better deal?

As for the wiring - get an electrician in - if you can afford it.|||who cares!!!|||How old is the wiring? In what state is the wiring? What are you planning to do with the building? Live in it? Set up as a volunteer fireman? Does the wiring have to conform to any regulations?

You don%26#039;t provide enough information,|||what? whats a fire house?|||If there%26#039;s something strange in you neigbourhood who you gonna call?.|||i think you have watched ghostbusters too many times

who you gonna call ...........................................|||19% is incredibly high for the UK or Ireland, but as you call it a fire house you could be in the USA? Get a decent mortgage, rate shoudl%26#039;nt be above 5%, sounds like you bought it with a loan. You need to get a reputable builder in the check it out and let you know what you need to do to it to get it usable.
