how would you spend this money? one trillion is a huge sum the united states govt seems to squander trillions but what would a small country do with it?

i would put it in the bank and use the interest for govt revenues

at a 3 percent interest rate i would be getting probably 30 billion a year thats way more than enough for an african country

invest in economy? put it in bank? invest in the countries youth?
