Globally all banks provide these facilities - name only gets changed

[p.s.] additional information which you have not asked:

if you are residing in USA, it is not advisable to convert dollars in to other currencies, since dollar value is going down. if you convert in to other currencies like euro, pound sterling, etc., you will get less of other currencies.

USA is the largest Global economy and will recover fast, as the flow of other currencies will pour in dollars.

The converted currency when repatriated after one year, you will get less dollars. All the interest earned in CD will be lost in currency conversion.

take extra care.

consult a financial adviser, if you are not clear with currency market.
